Returns Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior written authorization from Polar Pools. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused. All returned merchandise must be new and unused with exception of defective goods. A 15% restocking charge will be applied against any credit issued for salable merchandise. All goods must be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment. Return authorization number must appear on all cartons Shipping costs are non-refundable.
